Lectrus Property On Polymer Drive Sells For Just Over $8.5 Million

The Lectrus property on Polymer Drive has sold for just over $8.5 million.

The sale was to G&I Ix Apollo Tn Llc, G&I Ix Apollo Tennessee Llc from Store Master Funding Vi Llc.

The building on almost 10 acres has 173,925 square feet of space.

Lectrus is a leading electrical systems integrator and custom metal enclosure designer and manufacturer.

It was announced last year that it had been acquired by AZZ Inc.
