Erlanger Life Force 1 Crew Stands By In Florida To Help With Dorian Relief Efforts

For the third year in a row, an Erlanger LIFE FORCE air ambulance, along with seven crew members, have been deployed to assist with national hurricane disaster relief efforts.

LIFE FORCE 1 Crew stopped at Jimmy Carter Air Port in Americus, Ga. for their first refueling yesterday. The crew of two flight paramedics, two flight nurses, two pilots and a mechanic is currently stationed in Sarasota, Fl. awaiting activation. 

Last September, Erlanger’s air ambulance and crew provided disaster relief during Hurricane Florence in the Carolinas; the year before they were deployed to Texas during Hurricane Harvey.
