Beaty, Donny Ray (Cleveland)

Donny Ray Beaty, 78, a native and lifelong Bradley county resident, departed this life on November 18, 2020. He was born on Feb. 3, 1942 to the late Frank and Ollie Beaty. He retired from Hardwick Clothes and also worked at Perma Color for several years. He enjoyed fishing, gardening and spending time with his family.

In addition to his mother and father, he is preceded in death by his three brothers, Lee, Robert and Edwin Beaty.

He leaves behind to cherish his memory his loving wife of 52 years, Pauline Beaty; three sisters, Dorothy Bostic, Barbara Knight and Virginia Melton; and several nieces, nephews and other extended family members. Donny’s nephews will serve as pallbearers.

The family will receive friends from 5-7 p.m. on Monday, Nov. 23 at Corinth Baptist Church, with a celebration of life to follow at 7 p.m. Pastor Alex Harjevskiy will be officiating. He will be laid to rest at Corinth Baptist Church Cemetery at 11 a.m. on Tuesday, Nov. 24.
