The WGCA All-American Scholars were announced Monday with a total of 1,401 women's collegiate golfers recognized with this prestigious honor. The criteria for selection to the All-American Scholar Team are some of the most stringent in all of college athletics. The minimum cumulative GPA is 3.50. Making the list for the Dalton State are Hannah Gasaway, Cameron Daniel, and Megan Donahue.
Hannah Gasaway finished out her final season with the Roadrunners with a 77.67 scoring average.
She collected two top 10 finishes with a best of 7th at the Coastal Georgia Winter Invitational and concluded the season ranked #44 in the country.
Cameron Daniel completed her sophomore campaign also notching two top 10 finishes in six events. She was just ahead of Gasaway in scoring average at 77.33 and national ranking at #41.
Megan Donahue just began her collegiate career and fared well in her freshman season recording one top 5 and one top 10 finish in six events played. Her best finish was a solo 4th at the Thomas University Fall Invitational. She led the team in eagles with two.
