Allen D. Hill, age 68, of Dalton, Georgia, passed away on Friday, July 10, 2020.
He was born Aug. 14, 1951 to the late Alfred Hill, Sr. and Eva Mae Hill.
He was a tank driver for the National Guard and a member of Bethel AME Church.
He was preceded by his parents, daughter, Veronica Denise Hill, and sisters, Rose Printup and Mary Jane Burse.
Survivors are his loving wife, Maxine Hill; sons, Alex (Rakesha) Hill and Shawn Weaver; daughters, Jennifer Tanner, Evette Tanner, and Sasha Weaver; grandchildren, Peyton Hill, Alexis Hill, Jordan Childs, Chris (Brittany) Childs, Assad Tanner, Alijah Tanner, Omarion Tanner, Nevia Tanner, Me-ah Tanner, Aaliyah Hill, Alaysia Broome, Raidan Hill, and A’niyah Hill; sisters, Tiny (Brady) Hart, Annette (Marcus) Macon, Elaine Hall, Clarissa Love, and Joyce Burse; brothers, William Hill, Arthur Hill, Alfred (Mary) Hill, Jr., and Robert Love; special niece, LaTisha Locke; and a host of sisters-in-law, brothers-in-law, nieces, nephews, cousins, other relatives, and friends.
The funeral service will be on Tuesday, July 14, at 1 p.m. at the Chapel with Bishop Claud Jones officiating. Visitation will be one hour before the funeral service.
