Crye-Leike Downtown Chattanooga Hires Realtor Paige Berghel

  • Thursday, August 6, 2020
Crye-Leike Real Estate Services announces that Paige Berghel is now affiliated with its Downtown Chattanooga branch office as a licensed realtor. Ms. Berghel will serve the commercial real estate needs of buyers and sellers throughout Hamilton and surrounding counties.

Ms. Berghel has been in the real estate industry for two years and is a member of the National Association of Realtors. She has dedicated a large portion of her career to familiarizing herself with the local market, city codes, ordinances and regional developments.
"Ms. Berghel has even sat in on many meetings with the city zoning council, giving her a unique perspective into the cost of development in Chattanooga. She now looks forward to working with Crye-Leike and continuing to be an asset to her community," officials said.

“Working with my father, a broker in Chattanooga for over 15 years, I was able to watch this city grow through his eyes,” said Ms. Berghel. “Nothing is more exciting than the revitalization of our city through renovation and development. I have spent many hours researching and learning about this field, and I am now equipped to critically assess what a client is looking for, versus what is available in the market.”
