Ooltewah Whistle Stop Getting Ready To Open

  • Tuesday, September 22, 2020

A new restaurant, The Ooltewah Whistle Stop, is nearing completion at 5503 Main St., which is currently classified as in unincorporated Hamilton County.

The property owners have requested to be annexed into Collegedale.

At the Collegedale Commission meeting Monday night, the vote was unanimous to approve the annexation and adopt a plan of services for the .19 acres where the restaurant is located.  A plan of service establishes what the city will owe the owners.
