Chattanooga’s locally owned Chattanooga Allergy Clinic is expanding services in the Chattanooga area.

Chattanooga Allergy Clinic announced Wednesday the opening of the company’s ninth location in Ooltewah and the addition of Dr. Jessica Van Mason, MD to its practice.

"With over 40 years providing care in Chattanooga and North Georgia, Chattanooga Allergy Clinic now serves thousands of people each year at its nine locations. With over 100 total employees, last year alone, Chattanooga Allergy Clinic cared for over 16,000 patients," officials said.

“The demand for our services in the area continues to grow,” said Chattanooga Allergy Clinic  Dr.
Marc Cromie. “As we grow, so does our need for expanding our locations and Ooltewah is the perfect place for us to open up our newest practice to serve the region.”

In addition to adding a ninth location, Chattanooga Allergy Clinic also added Dr. Van Mason to its team of six physicians.

Dr. Van Mason is double board certified by the American Board of Pediatrics and the American Board of Allergy and Immunology. She is licensed to practice medicine in Tennessee and Georgia.

“I am extremely excited to be working with the best allergy practice in our area,” said Dr. Van Mason. “While the practice brought me here, Chattanooga’s beauty and amazing work-life-balance made the decision to move here easy to make.”

Dr. Van Mason received her medical degree from the University of Missouri-Kansas City in 2015 and completed her pediatric residency at Children’s Mercy Kansas City. After completing a Pediatric and Adult Allergy/Immunology fellowship at the University of Missouri-Kansas City, Dr. Van Mason joined Chattanooga Allergy Clinic.

“Her research has focused on social determinants of health as well as the home environment and its impact on asthma,” says Chattanooga Allergy Clinic Dr. Todd Levin. “She has published articles on accelerated immunotherapy as well as the primary prevention of asthma. Her areas of interest include environmental health and asthma.”

Dr. Van Mason and the Ooltewah location are now accepting new and current patients. For further information on Chattanooga Allergy Clinic and to set up an appointment, call 423-899-0431.
