Justin Wilkes, MD
CHI Memorial Medical Group announces Justin Wilkes, MD, surgical oncologist, has joined CHI Memorial Surgical Associates.
Dr. Wilkes earned his medical degree from the University of Iowa’s Carver College of Medicine in Iowa City, Iowa. He completed a general surgery internship and residency at Maine Medical Center in Portland, Me., where he served as chief resident. Dr. Wilkes then completed a complex general surgical oncology fellowship at Moffitt Cancer Center in Tampa, Fl. He is certified by the American Board of Surgery, and is a member of the American College of Surgeons and the Society of Surgical Oncology.
At CHI Memorial Surgical Associates, Dr. Wilkes joins John Gwin, Jr., MD, Daniel Heithold, MD, J. Andrew Lovette, MD, Christina Parkhurst, MD, Walter B. Rose, MD, and Rishabh Shah, MD. Their clinical staff of registered nurses, licensed practical nurses, and medical assistants work diligently to provide advanced surgical care in a warm, friendly atmosphere, said officials.
