Joyce Ann Pryor Doss, 85, of Jasper, Tennessee, passed away on Sunday, December 12, 2021.

She was lifetime member of the New Hope Baptist Church in Jasper. 

Joyce worked for the Department of Human Services for several years before her retirement.

 Joyce was preceded in death by her parents, Vestus James Pryor and Willie Mae Teague Pryor; daughter, Stephanie Ann Doss; sisters, Ailene Hale, Clara Pryor Johnson, Willie Clyde Pryor, Mabel Pryor, Virginia Jo Pryor, Belinda Pryor Powell.

Survivors include two sons, Christopher Lee Doss, Reginald Dion Doss; daughter, Hayley Jo Doss; special friends Kim Detari, Rose Ball and Kenny Walker as well as several nieces and nephews.

Funeral services will be held on Wednesday, Dec. 15, at noon CST at the New Hope Baptist Church in Jasper, Tennessee with Pastor Greg Ludy officiating.

Joyce will be laid to rest at Anderson Cemetery in Jasper.

Visitation will be held on Wednesday, Dec. 15, from 11 a.m. to noon CST at the New Hope Baptist Church prior to the church service.

Arrangements will be entrusted to Rogers Funeral Home 21 East 5th St., Jasper, Tn. 37347.
