Dr. Cynthia Reneau Acuff, of Chattanooga, Tennessee, died on December 15, 2021.
Born on April 13, 1956, Cynthia served the Lord by bringing life into this world as a neonatal nurse practitioner, teacher of future nurses, and author.
She was preceded in death by father, Lowell Acuff and nephew, Hunter Acuff.
She is survived by mother, Sidney Acuff; ex-husband, Lee Hartman; daughter, Tiffany Ellard and her husband William; ex-husband, Dennis Michaluk; son, Steven Michaluk and his wife Alexandra; grandson, Liam Ellard; brother, James Acuff and his wife Lisa; niece, Katelyn Acuff; and best friend, Scott Tinker.
Cynthia asked for her ashes to be scattered in the Atlantic Ocean at Daytona Beach, Fl. A celebration of Cynthia’s life for family and friends will take place on Sunday, Dec. 19, at Manchester Park Church of Christ, 835 Mauldeth Road, Chattanooga, Tn. 37415 starting at 2 p.m.
