Tim Kelly has been busy posting disgraceful social media "humor" memes insulting the dead. Of course, the Left is dependent on fomenting hate and division for constituent votes, so maybe that was his strategy.
This week, apparently Kelly also found time to plaster the city with his self-funded political campaign signs. Maybe he is using some of the $1.9 million in cash incentives he is pocketing for moving his business out of Chattanooga.
His signs boldly note his endorsement by the local "fire fighters" union.
Now, I realize Kelly received that endorsement because he promised pay raises. But if he really supported our "firefighters," you would think a rich guy educated in New York would realize their profession endorsing him is not spelled as two words, "fire fighters".
By the way, Kim White, the most qualified mayoral candidate, is the daughter of a former certified wildland firefighter - a seasonal smokejumper with the U.S. Forest Service.
