Crye-Leike Announces 2020 Chattanooga And North Georgia Top Producers

Crye-Leike Real Estate Services announces its 2020 top producing agents, teams and rookie for its Chattanooga and North Georgia regions. To be named a top producing agent or team in one of Crye-Leike's nine-state regions, individual(s) must have earned the highest sales volume, or had the highest number of real estate transactions for that year.
 
Real Estate Broker Mac Hibbett – Top Producing Agent by Sales Volume 
 
Real Estate Broker Mac Hibbett has been affiliated with Crye-Leike’s Downtown Chattanooga branch office for 11 years.
In 2020, he conducted over $10 million in sales volume, making him the region’s Top Producing Agent by Sales Volume. Mr. Hibbett received this award in 2018, and in 2019 and 2020, he was voted Best of the Best for Commercial Realtors. 
 
Realtor Jennifer Catlett – Top Producing Agent by Transactions 
 
Realtor Jennifer Catlett began her career with Crye-Leike’s Fort Oglethorpe branch office four years ago. When she joined Crye-Leike in 2017, she quickly found success as a new realtor, earning Crye-Leike’s Rookie of the Year award that year. Ms. Catlett is now being recognized as the region’s Top Producing Agent by Transactions, after conducting 49 real estate transactions during 2020. This is the first year Ms. Catlett has received this award, and she looks forward to another successful year ahead.  
 
 Johnny & Kim Lewis – Top Producing Team by Sales Volume 
 
Affiliate Broker & Auctioneer Johnny Lewis and Broker Kim Lewis formed the Johnny & Kim Lewis Team in 2004. Members of the real estate industry for 36 years, the husband and wife duo joined Crye-Leike’s Cleveland branch office 16 years ago.  
 
In 2020, the Johnny & Kim Lewis team had a sales volume of over $14.5 million, making them Crye-Leike’s Top Producing Team by Sales Volume for the first time in the team’s history. Although this was their first time in the number one spot, the Johnny & Kim Lewis team has ranked within the top five teams for more than five consecutive years. Ms. Lewis was also recognized as the number two sales associate in 2019 and has consistently been a sales leader within the Cleveland office throughout her career.  
 
The Jannis Sams Team – Top Producing Team by Transactions 
 
Realtor Jannis Sams has been in real estate for over 26 years, with her husband, Tim Sams, joining her seven years ago. The duo specializes in residential, relocation, move-up buyers, first-time homebuyers, farms and new construction real estate services throughout Cleveland and Chattanooga.  
 
The team’s abilities to communicate with clients and remain relevant when changes occur in the real estate world have helped make them successful over the years. This year, the team is being recognized as the Top Producing Team by Transactions, having conducted 66 real estate transactions in 2020.

Realtor Nikki Smith – Rookie of the Year  
 
Realtor Nikki Smith began her real estate career in 2020 with Crye-Leike’s Chattanooga – East Brainerd branch office. Although Ms. Smith works full-time as a registered respiratory therapist, she quickly rose to the top as a part-time agent in the Chattanooga region. Ms. Smith’s initiative to continue working and learning about the real estate industry throughout the difficult year has earned her Crye-Leike’s Rookie of the Year award.
