Cassandra Robinson
Cassandra “San” Ringer Robinson, 63, of Chattanooga, passed away on Monday, April 19, 2021, in a local hospital.
She was a 1975 graduate of Riverside High School. She was a member of New Anointing Pure Holiness Church where she served on the Usher Board.
Cassandra was preceded in death by her husband of 34 years, Elmore Robinson; parents, Bishop A.D. and Betty Ringer, Sr.; stepmother, Evangelist Bettie Ryan Ringer; and stepson, Christopher Robinson.
Survivors include daughter, Tonya (Kenneth) Campbell of Marietta, GA; son, Tevin Robinson; stepson, Ernest (Gretchen) Wynn, both of Chattanooga; four grandchildren; stepmother, Deborah Ringer of Chattanooga; brother, A.D. Ringer (Carolyn Brown) Ringer, Jr. of Dayton, OH; sisters, Linda (Gerald) Woods of Chattanooga, Sherryl Birdsong, Kathey (Myron) Brown, and Debbie (Marvin) Foston, all of Atlanta, GA; uncle, Bishop Eugene (Darlene) Ringer of Dayton, OH; aunts, Charlie Kate Murphy of Atlanta, Willie Mae (Lee) Cooper of Dayton, OH, and Grace Williams of Atlanta; a host of other relatives and friends.
She will lie in state on Saturday, May 1, from 9-10 a.m. at Taylor Funeral Home.
A family service will follow at noon at New Anointing Pure Holiness Church with Pastor Corey Prather officiating and Bishop Eugene Ringer as the eulogist. Burial will be in Forest Hills Cemetery.
