Foundry Flats apartments and condos on the Southside has sold for $7,550,000.

The site includes two three-story buildings at 410 West 25th St.

It is located just off South Broad Street near Kentucky Fried Chicken.

The sale was to Foundry Flats Apartments Holding Co Llc from Foundry Flats Llc.
