  • Friday, June 11, 2021

A developer is seeking approving for 103 homes at a current farm site at 8619 Ooltewah-Georgetown Road.

The staff of the Regional Planning Agency is recommending denial, saying that would be too much density. The RPA said there should be no more than three homes per acre - yielding a total of 72 lots.

The proposal for a Planned Unit Development goes before the Planning Commission on Monday at 1 p.m. at the County Courthouse.

The developer is A&B Land, LLC.
