Frann Coleman, of Hixson, Tennessee, died on June 13, 2021. She was 95 years old and would have celebrated her 96th birthday this year on Nov. 19.
She was a member of St. Paul’s Episcopal Church.
Frann was born in Boston to the late Arthur C. and Catherine Wiegand.
Frann was predeceased by husbands, Austin (Julie) Long, Charles Bone and David (Pete) Coleman; and granddaughter, Christie (Bryan) McCurdy of Lillian, Al. Her daughter, Monica Provenzano (Vince), followed her in death less than two weeks later on June 25.
She is survived by son, Bradford Long; grandchildren, Justin Long, Brian Provenzano, Matthew (Amber) Provenzano; great-grandchildren, Thatcher Vincent Provenzano, Laney Claire Provenzano, James (Jessica) Thompson of Dalton and Jeremiah Thompson of Cleveland; plus special nieces, Cathy Ball of Los Angeles, Christine Desmarais of Cumberland, RI, and Paula Gray of Weymouth, Ma.
The family wants to extend special thanks to the professional and caring staff at Regency House Assisted Living.
Arrangements are being made by Hamilton Memorial Gardens, 5401 Hwy 153, Hixson.
Visitation will be in the Mausoleum, Thursday, Aug. 5, from 11 a.m.-1 p.m. with committal at noon beside her husband Pete, and officiated by the Right Reverend Brad Whitaker.
