Tennessee Has 561 New Cases, 4 More Deaths

The number of coronavirus cases in Tennessee is at 869,752 since Thursday with 561 new cases. There were four more deaths reported since Thursday, for a total of 12,596, State Health Department officials said.

The state currently has 234 people hospitalized from the virus, which is eight fewer than on Thursday. Testing numbers are above 8.243 million across the state.

The number of people who have recovered from coronavirus in Tennessee is 853,942, which is 98 percent.

Bledsoe County:  2,231 cases, up 1; 11 deaths

Bradley County:  15,343 cases, up 4; 155 deaths

Grundy County: 1,805 cases, up 1; 35 deaths

Marion County: 3,274 cases, up 3; 49 deaths

Meigs County: 1,432 cases, up 1; 24 deaths

Polk County: 2,115 cases; 24 deaths

Rhea County: 4,393 cases, up 1; 82 deaths

Sequatchie County: 1,764 cases; 29 deaths

Knox County: 52,225 cases, up 18; 648 deaths

Davidson County: 90,612 cases, up 61; 953 deaths

Shelby County: 99,438 cases, up 180; 1,699 deaths, up 2
