Medical Center In Glenwood Sells For Almost $17 Million

A medical center in Glenwood has sold for almost $17 million.

The center is at 251 N. Lyerly St.

It includes Premier Health Care - Women's Health Services as well as Nephrology Associates.

The sale was to Lyerly 251 Rik Mp Llc from Lyerly 251 Medical Properties Llc.

It was for $16,690,000.
