Jennifer Waters, 41, a resident of Cleveland, Tennessee passed away Monday, September 13, 2021 at the family residence.

She was born in Caribou, Maine and she was preceded in death by her mother, Diane Burns Creagan; and maternal grandparents and paternal grandfather, Wayne Creagan.

Jennifer enjoyed crafts, puzzle books and the outdoors including fishing. Most of all, she enjoyed being with her grandson who brought her a lot of joy. Jennifer was a Christian.

Survivors include her husband of 20 years, Rick Waters of Cleveland; daughters, Jessica Hillard and Victoria Waters, both of Cleveland; grandson, Emmett Hillard; father, Larry Creagan (Linda), Cleveland; sister, Elizabeth Sanders (Rod), Iowa; brothers, Jeff Creagan, California and Jason Creagan, Georgia; grandmother, Barbara Creagan, Cleveland; and several aunts, uncles, cousins, nieces and nephews.

The Remembrance of Life Memorial Service will be conducted on Sunday, Sept. 19, at 5 p.m. at the Jim Rush Funeral and Cremation Services Wildwood Chapel. Family and friends will be sharing.

The Jim Rush Funeral and Cremation Services Wildwood Chapel has charge of the arrangements.
