Dr. Nico Domingo
Fernando Enrico Eugenio Domingo, MD, or Dr. Nico Domingo as he prefers, is the most recent addition to the RefinedLooks Plastic Surgery practice. As Chattanooga’s newest plastic surgeon, Dr. Domingo’s practice encompasses a special interest in all aesthetic procedures of the face, breast, and body: specifically, breast augmentation, lift, and reduction, contouring procedures of the arms and thighs, tummy tuck, liposuction, facelift, eyelid surgery, and rhinoplasty.
Dr. Domingo also performs non-invasive aesthetic procedures including laser and facial treatments in addition to Botox and filler injectables. He is trained in all aspects of plastic surgery of the face and body.
Dr. Domingo completed both his General Surgery Residency and Plastic Surgery Fellowship at the University of Tennessee College of Medicine, Chattanooga, where he is now a Faculty Member for the Department of Plastic and Reconstructive Surgery. Dr. Domingo is currently Board Eligible under the American Board of Plastic Surgery.
Dr. Domingo plays an active role in the Chattanooga community.
