Mini Mall Storage, 901 Sequoyah Road, Soddy-Daisy

Boardwalk Storage has sold their Mini Mall Storage facility at 901 Sequoyah Road in Soddy Daisy for $9,062,206, their EZ Storage facility at 8117 Ooltewah Georgetown Road in Ooltewah for $6,999,265 and their Boardwalk Storage at 9322 Lumber Lane in Ooltewah for $3,732,941.

The three properties were sold to Gau3504sy LP.
