Marcus & Millichap announced Tuesday the sale of All Seasons Storage, a 48,275-square-foot self-storage facility located in Chattanooga.

"Chattanooga has experienced a flurry of activity over the past 18 to 24 months, as investors flock to this secondary market that offers stability, population growth and solid cash flows,” said Anne Williams-Blackwell, first vice president investments in the firm’s Memphis office. "We ran a competitive marketing campaign that resulted in 12 offers from strong, qualified groups."

Williams-Blackwell had the exclusive listing to market the property on behalf of the seller, a Tennessee-based limited liability company. The buyer, a private investor, was also secured by Williams-Blackwell.

All Seasons Storage is at 4305 Benton Dr. It consists of 323 total units, all of which are climate-controlled. The facility is equipped with a large rental office, four loading docks and advanced security features. The facility was constructed in 1998 and sits on 3.80 acres of land.
