Parkridge Medical Center was recognized as one of Healthgrades’ 100 Best Hospitals for Critical Care in America.
The award recognizes "superior clinical outcomes in treating pulmonary embolism, respiratory system failure, sepsis and diabetic emergencies" at Parkridge Medical Center.
“At Parkridge Health System, we keep patient safety at the center of everything we do when we care for our patients,” said Tom Ozburn, president and CEO of Parkridge Health System.
“This recognition illustrates the commitment our colleagues make to the patients we serve.”
"Healthgrades evaluates hospital performance using objective quality measures, including clinical outcomes, patient safety and patient experience, officials said. "Parkridge Medical Center has also been nationally recognized for clinical excellence and is among the top five percent of hospitals in the country, according to Healthgrades."
