Hamilton County General Sessions Court Gerald Webb spoke Friday at the Chattanooga Civitan Club luncheon meeting.
He spoke to the members about the serious crime and gang problem in Chattanooga and the need to be vigilant against the criminal element in Chattanooga.
Judge Webb said that he owes his success in life to his grandmother, mother, father and God.
The judge received a standing ovation from the members after his talk.
