Sixteen townhomes are being proposed for a two-acre lot in East Brainerd.
The location is 7512 Pinewood Dr., off of Jenkins Road.
Comfort Home Builders of Ooltewah is planning the project.
Also, an eight-unit townhome project is lated on .6-acre at 6026 E. Brainerd Road.
Eric Emery of the NE Group said they would be in two four-unit buildings.
The property is owned by Sergey Lyashevskiy of McDonald, Tn.
A rezoning request on the property goes before the Planning Commission on Sept. 12 at 1 p.m. at the County Courthouse.
