Arby's Location In East Ridge Is Sold For $1.7 Million

The Arby's location in East Ridge has been sold for $1.7 million.

The location is at 6302  Ringgold Road.

The sale was to Michel Investments Co from Roger S Corbly Tr, Roger S Corbly Trust.
