New Zaxby's In Lookout Valley Sells For Over $2.5 Million

The new Zaxby's Chicken Fingers & Buffalo Wings restaurant at 3105 Cummings Hwy. has been sold for $2,580,645. 

The restaurant sits on a 1.16 acre lot.

The 2,904 square-foot farmhouse-style restaurant opened in February of this year.

Z Fried Chicken Owner LLC, Z Fried Chicken Exchanger LLC purchased the property from 1796 Chicken Properties LLC.
