Tennessee American Water Announces Remote Job Opportunities For Chattanooga And Surrounding Areas

Tennessee American Water and its parent company, American Water, announced Monday it will offer 25 full remote, customer service job opportunities for residents of Chattanooga and surrounding communities. 
 
“By bringing remote customer service job opportunities to the Chattanooga region, Tennessee American Water is continuing to invest in our communities while building on the quality service we are known for,” said Grant Evitts, president of Tennessee American Water. “Our responsibility to customers and the communities we serve goes beyond the delivery of safe, reliable water service – it also includes helping make communities better because we are here, and this is a perfect example of that commitment.”
 
The entry-level, work-from-home customer care agent (CCA) positions will be open to individuals that live in Chattanooga or within a two-hour driving distance of the company’s Chattanooga office.
Successful applicants will have the opportunity to address service needs for Tennessee American Water customers, as well as all customers within American Water’s regulated footprint.
