CHI Memorial Medical Group announces David Winters, DO, Charity Clayton, FNP-C, and Sandra Huggins, FNP-BC, have joined CHI Memorial Primary Care Associates – Atrium.  

Dr. Winters received his doctor of osteopathy degree from Kansas City University of Medicine and Biosciences in Kansas City, Mo.  He completed an internship at Memorial Osteopathic Hospital in York, Pa.  He has more than 40 years’ experience caring for patients in Southeast Tennessee.

Ms. Clayton earned a bachelor’s and master’s in nursing from Middle Tennessee State University in Murfreesboro. She is certified by the American Nurses Credentialing Center and has more than 11 years of experience, including 10 years as a medical-surgical nurse at CHI Memorial Hospital Chattanooga. She is a native of Chattanooga.

Ms. Huggins received her bachelor’s degree in nursing from the University of Tennessee at Chattanooga and her master’s in nursing from Southern Adventist University in Collegedale.  She is board certified by the American Nurses Credentialing Center.  Ms. Huggins has previously worked in primary care and urgent care settings.

CHI Memorial Primary Care Associates – Atrium is located at 1949 Gunbarrel Road, Suite 202, Bldg. 1 in Chattanooga. The practice is open from Monday through Friday from 8 a.m.-4:30 p.m. To schedule an appointment, call 423-648-8110. Same day appointments and video visits are available.
