GIRLS

Bradley Central 67, River Ridge (GA) 57

The Bearettes’ Kimora Fields lit up the scoreboard with 29 points as Bradley Central (2-0) went on the road to defeat River Ridge. Bradley Central shot a blistering 52 percent from the field and Avary Brewer added 15 points and TaTianna Stovall pitched in with 14. Brewer was three for six from three-point range. Bradley’s biggest lead came with 3:51 left in the game when they led by 20, before River Ridge cut the lead to 10 to end the game. Kayla Cleaveland led River Ridge with 18 and Sophia Pearl had 17.

The Lady Rams’ Mariya Staton posted a double-double with 18 points and 10 rebounds to lead Tyner toa win ovr Red Bank. I’Kayla Taylor had 11 points and Leya Mitchell tossed in 10 for the Lady Rams. The Lady Lions’ Journey Holloway drained the nets for 28 points to lead all scorers.

The Seahawks’ big men, Brett Wright and Kennedy Okpara, stayed hot again Monday night kicking off the Silverdale Thanksgiving Tournament by leading Silverdale to a win over CSLA with 18 and 15 points, respectfully. Luke Burger added 14 of his own. Mark Hetrick led the Eagles with a game-high 23.
