Tammy Seay Named New Assistant Chief Nursing Officer At Tennova Healthcare - Cleveland

Cleveland has named Tammy Seay, DNP, RN, CNOR as its new Assistant Chief Nursing Officer effective November 13, 2023. Seay comes to us from Parkridge Health System where she served as Executive Director and most recently, Vice President of Surgical Services.
 
“With a wealth of operational and nursing knowledge, Tammy will help Tennova Cleveland continue to excel at our mission to define excellence and give hope from our family to yours,” states Kim Reddish, MSN, RN, CCRN Chief Nursing Officer Tennova Healthcare – Cleveland.  “Tammy’s history of building teams focused on clinical and cultural excellence make her a great fit and we look forward to what the next year brings.” With experience leading at every level, and across multiple disciplines within the hospital setting, her selection as ACNO further illustrates a commitment to selecting leaders of high caliber and investing in the future.
                         
A native Tennessean, Tammy received both her Bachelor of Science in Nursing and Master of Science in Nursing Administration from King University.  She received her Doctor of Nursing Practice from the University of Tennessee at Chattanooga.   Tammy and her husband, Randy, reside in Harrison, TN and have one daughter who recently graduated from UTC and now resided in Knoxville, TN.
