RP Homes announced the addition of Sarah Moseley as director of Product & Design. Ms. Moseley has extensive experience across diverse residential design styles.

Ms. Moseley began her career in Los Angeles after receiving her Bachelor of Architecture at the University of Tennessee. She moved back to Chattanooga in 2021 and is eager to apply her expertise in the Chattanooga area.

Most recently, she worked as the design coordinator at Hartman Baldwin, an award-winning design-build firm in Southern California.

“We are excited to welcome Sarah to the RP Homes team,” said Gabe Thomas, managing partner of RP Homes. “Working across many different design styles and with top designers has molded Sarah into a perfect fit for our company.”

Ms. Moseley also has experience in design through her position as executive assistant to Thom Mayne, owner of Morphosis, a Pritzker-Prize-winning architecture firm. At Morphosis, she focused heavily on writing and research and was credited in two of Mr. Mayne’s books.

As the director of Product & Design Ms. Moseley manages the RP Homes’ product development team, designers, and drafters, as well as third-party architects and designers. She ensures that RP Homes’ product exceeds the expectations of clients while also providing an attainable price point product.

“I believe in the power of well-designed space and its capacity to inform our lives with wellbeing,” said Ms. Moseley. “As we weave our days around the walls and spaces in our homes, we compose the exquisite routines of our being. The importance of mooring this routine around thoughtfully proportioned, day-lit, welcoming, calming, intentional spaces is the aspiration of my work as an architect and designer. I am delighted to join RP Homes in their pursuit of bringing thoughtful and attainable design to homes in Chattanooga and beyond.”
