Chambliss, Bahner & Stophel, P.C. welcomes two new attorneys, David Roberts and Eric Stocking, who will serve the firm's estate planning and business practice areas.

"David and Eric are exciting additions to our Chambliss team and are committed to our client-focused service," said President and Managing Shareholder Mark Cunningham. "We are eager to see them further develop as key associates and are excited for the future as we continue to bring on new talent at the firm."

Mr. Roberts represents clients from diverse backgrounds, including high net worth clients, local business owners, and families with individualized estate planning needs. He works to accomplish each client's goals, often through drafting estate and wealth transfer strategies and creating succession plans that will stand the test of time. With a personable and holistic approach to asset protection and estate administration, Mr. Roberts provides service for his clients and their families. Mr. Roberts graduated cum laude from Lee University and with honors from the University of Wyoming College of Law. He is licensed to practice in Tennessee and Wyoming.

Mr. Stocking has worked with clients ranging from small businesses to senior regulators in the federal government. He assists clients with various business and health care matters, including reviewing and drafting contracts, advising on commercial business issues, and drafting asset purchase agreements. Mr. Stocking's experience working with the government and his knowledge of emerging data privacy and security issues enables him to provide clients with a unique perspective. Mr. Stocking graduated with honors from Purdue University and The George Washington University Law School. He is licensed to practice in Tennessee and the District of Columbia.
