Bunny Hop! Benefits Chambliss Center May 5

  • Friday, March 31, 2023

The 22nd annual Bunny Hop! event to benefit Chambliss Center for Children will be held on Friday, May 5, at the First Horizon Pavilion from 6-8:30 p.m.

This springtime fundraiser, presented by Schillhahn-Huskey Foundation, is fun for all ages. Parents can enjoy an evening with friends and festivities while their kids take advantage of the numerous activities for children. All ages are welcome and encouraged to attend, including grandparents.

“There’s something for the whole family to enjoy at this fun-filled event," said Heidi and Adam Caputo, chairmen of this year's Bunny Hop! "Our three boys always enjoy holding the bunnies, bouncing in the bounce houses, and singing karaoke, while we enjoy delicious food and scoping out the goodies at the silent auction. However, what we love most about Bunny Hop! is that every dollar raised goes to support vulnerable children, youth, and families in our community.”

Activities for children include a wide range of arts and crafts; a petting station with bunnies, chicks, lambs, and baby goats; face painting; a sports zone; inflatables; a photo booth; Kid Karaoke; a mobile video game trailer; dinner; sweet treats; and more. All children in attendance also receive a Peter Rabbit coloring book to take home.

The event entrance is at 1826 Reggie White Blvd., where attendees can sign in and pay if reservations were not pre-paid. Admission is $35 for adults and $15 for children. Little ones under the age of 2 are free. A family package, which includes two adults and up to four children, is $100. Prices will increase after April 19.

Reservations are requested ahead of time. To make a reservation, visit www.chamblisscenter.org or by calling 468-1139. Bunny Hop! top sponsors include The Mark Hite Team and Warren & Griffin Attorneys at Law.
