Lee's Burnette Named To Division II PING All-American Team

Lee University golfer Beck Burnette was named a 2023 Division II PING First-Team All-American announced today by the GCAA following the NCAA Division II Championship. Beck Burnette of Lee, Reece Coleman of Anderson, Charles DeLong of Grand Valley State, AJ Ewart of Barry, Elias Haavisto of West Florida, Linus Jonsson of Lander, Calahan Keever of Anderson, Jordan Lee of Western Washington, and Andrew Riley of Palm Beach Atlantic made the First Team.

Burnette was named an All-American and a second team All-American in 2021.
He has been named to three straight First Team All-GSC. He accomplished the feat in 2021, 2022, and 2023. He is one of 12 golfers to earn three All-GSC awards and he is one of three to be first team all three times. The Bryon Nelson Award finalist, had a scoring average of 69.64. He is ranked as the #2 NCAA DII golfer in the country.
