Sheridan Lupo
Sheridan Eugene Lupo, 53, of Chattanooga, passed away unexpectedly June 26, 2023, at his home.
A longtime resident of Chattanooga, Mr. Lupo has served as Master Police Officer with the City of Chattanooga for the past 14 years.
He was a proud veteran of the U.S. Army serving as Army Ranger in Desert Storm and was a Martial Arts instructor.
He was preceded in death by his grandfather, Herman Douglas.
He is survived by his son, Richard (Rose) Lupo, Athens, Tn.; daughter, Alicia Lupo (Tyler Mick), Scottsboro, Al.; grandson, Riley Mick; partner of 15 years, Tanya Mathur, Chattanooga; father and stepmother, Eddie and Janice Lupo, Cleveland; mother and step-father, Evelyn and Thomas Kinsey, Cleveland; sisters, Sheriann Patton and Michelle Guerra, Cleveland, Ga.; brother, Kenny Lupo, and Stephen Lupo, both of Cleveland, Tn.; and many friends and family of the C.P.D.
Funeral services will be held on Monday, July 3, at 1 p.m. in the funeral home chapel. Burial will follow at the Chattanooga National Cemetery.
