Center for Sports Medicine & Orthopaedics announces the grand opening and ribbon cutting ceremony for its brand new, state-of-the-art surgery center on Thursday. The event will take place at 5:30 p.m. at the following location 7450 Tyner Road in Chattanooga.

Officials said, "CSMO’s new surgery center represents a significant investment in healthcare infrastructure and will serve as a premier facility for advanced orthopaedic surgery and interventional pain management procedures for the Chattanooga region.
This modern center is equipped with cutting-edge technology and is the area’s only ambulatory surgery center to offer robotic surgical capabilities.

"The 37,992 square foot center also includes eight dedicated operating rooms, two procedure rooms and 40 pre- and post-operative suites designed to optimize patient care and surgical outcomes – making it a destination for patients throughout the area who seek high quality, cost-effective orthoapedic care.

"The ribbon cutting ceremony will be attended by prominent healthcare professionals, local government officials and community leaders, and will feature speeches from key stakeholders and tours of the facility. Hamilton County Mayor Weston Wamp will be offering remarks.

"This event presents a unique opportunity to gain insights into the future of surgical care and its impact on patient well-being for people in the Chattanooga, Cleveland and North Georgia communities."
