The new popular buzz word (besides “transparency”) for changing America, Tennessee, and “Choo Choo City” is “Re-imagining”.

It has been used in the many news press releases and the ongoing efforts to modernize our community in a productive manner for Chattanooga, Broad Street, and now Chestnut Street to benefit all 185,000 (city) and 375,000 (county) residents and a few green space reduction experts in the construction field.

A quick trip to one of the recognized international dictionary authorities defines the gerund or present participle term as “imaginatively rethink”.

However the source also contains a negative suggested phrase that “reimagining” implies that you lack actual “imagination”.

(From a historical perspective that might sound a little offensive to some of the regional founders descendants but this is 2023 and we must move forward by obtaining more free federal grant funds and T.I.F.s- definition provided upon request.)
