Mixed-Use Development Planned On East Chattanooga's Glass Street

A mixed-use development is planned on Glass Street in East Chattanooga.

It will include four residential units and 1,800 square feet of commercial space.

The developer is Michael Kenner of Nashville.

Landscape architect Kyle Jacobson said the proposed development will provide active street fronting retail spaces for the Glass Street corridor while providing residential spaces above.

It is located at 2659 Glass.

There will be seven rear parking spaces.
