The East Hamilton girls finished first at the Grove Level cross country meet.

The East Hamilton girls cross country team placed first out of 20 teams at their meet at Grove Level in Varnell, Georgia. CSAS's Ashton Biggs won the boys race.
The East Hamilton girls took first with 52 points, ahead of Walker Valley's 77 points. Ashlyn Shell (3rd place individual), Madison Wright (5th), Willa Barnes (6th), and Adrianna Huffstuttler (9th) all won Top Ten medals, while Autumn Kelman (29th) rounded out the East Hamilton scoring top 5. Katie Cartledge (32nd) and Skyler Shinn (33rd) were the team's 6th and 7th runners.
The girls race individual winner was Heritage's (Catoosa) Evie Robinson, who lead for most of the 5 kilometer course and finished in 20 minutes and 10 seconds. Silverdale's Sarah Jane Inman placed second in 20 minutes and 46 seconds, one second ahead of East Hamilton's Shell. Heritage's girls team placed fourth, and Silverdale's girls placed 12th.
In the boys race, Ashton Biggs lead for most of the race and finished in 16 minutes and 38 seconds, 12 seconds ahead of Calhoun's Demetrius Calvino. Heritage's (Catoosa) Landon Hoover placed 3rd with a time of 17:28. Heritage won the boys team score with 51 points, ahead of second place Southeast Whitfield's 88 points. East Hamilton's boys team finished 6th, and CSAS's boys finished eighth.
