The Chattanooga Mocs women’s tennis team helped the Southern Conference dominate the Big South/SoCon Shootout held in Spartanburg, S.C., this weekend at the Reeves Tennis Center.
The conference vs. conference format featured a mix of singles and doubles action. Representatives included UTC, host Wofford and Western Carolina on the SoCon side and Campbell, Gardner-Webb, Longwood and Radford for the Big South.
“The women fought hard in every match,” said head coach Chad Camper after the event.
“Each player grew their game as the weekend progressed.
Now we are gearing up for ITA Regionals.”
