Margaritaville Adds Compass Hotel To Its Pigeon Forge Lineup

  • Friday, November 22, 2024

Margaritaville is bringing the beach to the Smoky Mountains with the opening this week of its bright and colorful new Compass Hotel at Pigeon Forge.

Boasting 162 rooms and suites, over 45,000 square feet of indoor and outdoor amenity spaces, and unparalleled views of the surrounding mountains, it is designed to complement the existing Margaritaville hospitality destinations in the area.

Guests can enjoy the indoor pool and fire pits during the winter months while the outdoor pool with slides and splash pads, a plunge pool, and lazy river will open in warmer weather.

The spacious hotel rooms feature premium bedding, modern coastal décor, large bathrooms with walk-in rain showers, dry and wet bars, and private balconies overlooking the resort-style pools and picturesque mountains.

“The Great Smoky Mountains are always beautiful in the fall, making the perfect backdrop for the opening of our resort-style hotel,” said Lee Ownbey, general manager of Compass Hotel Pigeon Forge. “We can’t wait to welcome our future guests to experience Margaritaville’s legendary escapism and shoulders-down vibe.”

In addition to its various water-based amenities, Compass Hotel Pigeon Forge has many other complimentary offerings for guests, including a daily breakfast buffet, game lounge, activity lawn, and welcome cabana with all-day refreshments. The hotel also features a 5 o’Clock Somewhere Bar & Grill, terrace bar and outdoor dining, a board room for meetings, space for live music, and a Margaritaville retail store.

Located high atop a hillside off Teaster Road, guests each evening gather out front in Adirondack chairs to take in the sunset.

The hotel is boosting the local economy with 115 positions, and more in the busiest seasons.

It sits at the location of a former club that had closed.

In celebration of the opening, the hotel is offering a “First Look” package with 25 percent off the best available rate, a $25 food and beverage credit, and 25 percent off retail merchandise at the Provisions store. Reservations are available online at www.compasshotel.com/compass-pigeon-forge. For more information, call 888-689-0914.
