  • Friday, December 6, 2024

Lee University was ranked in the top 20 percent of the 2024 Research.com rankings for Best Master of Business Administration Programs. The university also earned recognition in the top rankings from Intelligent.com in three categories and placed in the top 25 percent in the Wall Street Journal (WSJ) ranking for student experience.

The 2024 Research.com Best MBA Programs, which is part of a broader series of best online education awards, evaluates approximately 2,500 universities across the United States for outstanding achievements in MBA education with Lee earning its place in the top 20 percent.

These rankings were compiled based on an analysis of numerous data from sources such as Peterson, IPEDS, and College Scorecard. Factors considered include program quality, affordability, popularity, and time-to-degree completion.

“We are honored to earn this acknowledgement by Research.com of our work here at Lee University,” said Dr. Paul Conn, president of Lee. “It is an affirmation of our talented team, investing in the lives of students and the communities they will impact, not only in the MBA program, but in all of the programs through which we serve.”

Lee’s other rankings in the Research.com 2023-2024 school year include 8th in Best Value Colleges in Tennessee, 18th in Best Colleges in Tennessee, 28th in Most Popular Colleges in Tennessee, and 151st in Best Value Colleges in the South.

Intelligent.com also ranked Lee among the top universities in three categories for the 2024-2025 school year. Lee ranked 8th in the Best 10 Accredited Nursing Schools with No Entrance Exams, 18th in the Best 23 Accredited Online Counseling Programs, and 41st in the Best 50 Accredited Online Master’s in Theology Programs.

These rankings were determined using a data-driven methodology evaluating criteria such as academic quality, graduation rates, cost, return on investment, and student resources. The rankings were based on a proprietary scale of 0 to 100, drawing from sources like College Scorecard, U.S. News & World Report, and the Bureau of Labor Statistics.

The WSJ/College Pulse Student Experience ranking lists the best colleges in the U.S. to have a great experience, and Lee was ranked in the top 500 out of 2,000 institutions.

This ranking assessed schools on campus facilities, community and social life, diversity, and student satisfaction based on surveys of 112,084 verified college students and recent alumni over the past two years.

“These rankings reflect the hard work and commitment of our faculty, staff, and students in creating a supportive and enriching environment here at Lee,” said Elizabeth Pace, director of Undergraduate Admissions. “These recognitions affirm our ongoing dedication to providing an exceptional education that prepares our students for success.”
