The Opportunity Center-East Brainerd is located next to the East Brainerd Goodwill store.

The event, Opportunity Connect, is designed to join community members with the resources needed to help maintain self-sufficiency. In addition to representatives from Goodwill, attendees will have the opportunity to talk with representatives from Apprenticeship Works, Build It Green, the Chattanooga Area Food Bank, the Hamilton County Coalition, the Hamilton County Justice Center, Legal Aid of Tennessee, Persevere, Tech Goes Home, the Tennessee Department of Veterans Services, Work Ready and more.

“We are excited to offer a resource fair like Opportunity Connect to our community,” said George Clark, Director of Career Services for Goodwill Industries of the Greater Chattanooga Area. “This event will allow members of our community to not only obtain information and resources from multiple organizations but also see firsthand the job training and placement services that our Opportunity Center-East Brainerd offers.”
