Jeff Smith Named Manager Of First Horizon North Chattanooga Branch

First Horizon Bank announced Jeff Smith as North Chattanooga Banking Center manager. Paul Webb who recently served in this role, has been promoted within the company to business banking manager.

Mr. Smith comes to First Horizon after serving as market leader for Builtwell Bank. He served in his previous position for four years. In his new position, he will be responsible for the oversight of all banking center functions which include the development of new business, expanding existing client relationships and most importantly, providing exceptional customer service.

Mr. Smith received an associates’ degree in business from Georgia North Technical College and has served in the USMC Reserves in Chattanooga for six years. He is a community volunteer who has been active with Backpack Blessings, Miracle League of Chattanooga and Junior Achievement. He also enjoys participating in community cleanups.

Chattanooga market president Jay Dale said, “We’re pleased to welcome Jeff to First Horizon and excited about the difference he will make at our North Chattanooga branch. We appreciate his dedication to community service as well as to the continued service to our country as a reservist with the USMC.”

Mr. Smith said, “I am deeply grateful for the opportunity to serve as the banking center manager for First Horizon in North Chattanooga. I am honored and thrilled to contribute to the financial prosperity of this vibrant community by cultivating relationships and nurturing its economic well-being.”

In his spare time, Mr. Smith enjoys hiking and backpacking, sports and woodworking.
