  • Friday, April 5, 2024
The National Coalition of 100 Black Women, Chattanooga Chapter, Inc. will host its Sisterhood Symposium: Health is Wealth on Saturday, April 27 from 10 a.m.-2:30 p.m. at the Erlanger Probasco Auditorium at 979 E 3rd Street.  Check in and on-site registration begins promptly at 9:30 a.m.

The Sisterhood Symposium is a free health conference for women and young girls, ages 13 and up.  The symposium will provide a variety of health and wellness topics from women’s health, metabolic syndrome, obesity, to mental health that will be presented by local health experts.  Health is one of the NCBW’s primary areas of focus in its advocacy efforts.

“Let’s build wellness rather than treat disease,” said Michalle Morris MSN APRN APN-C, NCBW’s Health Committee chair.  “The women’s health conference will give you up-to-date information on important medical topics that will allow you to learn, expand or improve your knowledge about healthcare, give you a safe space to feel comfortable asking questions and networking.
We are proud to have presenters that are insightful leaders in the medical industry."

A continental breakfast and lunch will be provided, as well as door prizes given and other surprises for attendees.  Due to limited seating, registration is required and may be done by scanning the QR Code on flyer found throughout the city.

Parking will be in the Erlanger parking garage.
