Freezing Food Class Offered By UT Extension July 9, 10, 13

The UT Extension Institute of Agriculture announces a Freezing Foods Class to learn to freeze foods for best quality and to save money. Choose from three classes; Tuesday from 5:30-7:30 p.m., Wednesday from 1-3 p.m. or Saturday from 10 a.m.-noon. Classes will be held at the Hamilton County Extension ofice, 6183 Adamson Cir                                                      

"Learn which type of freezer is most efficient.
See new products and taste some quick and easy freezer foods. Take home a jar of freezer jam," organizers said.
