Kennedy Taylor Makes Fulltime Music Career Debut On The Walnut Street Bridge

  • Wednesday, September 18, 2024

Kennedy Taylor quit her job in Nashville on Tuesday and began her fulltime singing career on the Walnut Street Bridge on Wednesday night.

"My friends told me go ahead and quit and go for it," she said as some sat and watched and others strolled by on the popular walking bridge.

She sang several songs she wrote as well as some Nashville tunes.

She said, when she was growing up in California, she often busked, making enough money to pay for the equipment she needed.

Kennedy told her listeners, "It's so beautiful here looking into the sunset."
