The St. Andrews Sewanee Varsity girls team lost to Whitwell on Tuesday night, while the SAS boys won their game.
In the opener, it was Whitwell girls 58-38 after leading 36-19 at halftime.
For SAS girls, the top scorers were Annabelle Close, a sophomore, with 12 points followed by Savannah Blosser, an 8th grader, with 10 points. For Whitwell girls, the top scorers were Stephanie Miller with 15 points followed by Callie Brack and Ella Grace Hany with 10 points each.
The SAS Varsity Boys team won 85-25 after having a halftime margin of 45-17.
For SAS boys, the top scorers were Harper Thompson, a sophomore, with 22 points followed by Bryce Archambault, a sophomore, with 16 points.
